When I first saw the
Lego solar panel
in the Dacta catalog, I knew I would need
to buy one. I built a few experimental
chassis while searching for a configuration
that could be driven by the low output of
the solar panel. This one seemed to work best.
I used a power
switch to make the
robot go backwards or forwards, depending
on the switch position. This chassis is
is very slow, since I had to use a worm gear
to drive the wheels.

Hi Rich,
I would like to buy the green solar panel array from you if possible. Lego does not make the panel any more, and I believe I can educate a lot more people about solar with this piece.
